Terms of Rental
1) Rates are as follows:
3 day weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $400
1 week $1000
2 weeks $1900
2) Deposit of 50% due upon booking and remainder due 2 weeks prior to arrival date
3) NO SMOKING in any part of the building INCLUDING screened in porch
4) No pets please - we respect those with allergies
5) Limited to 6 occupants (not including daytime guests)
